First of all the colour alone on this sparkling wine is beautiful! A bright cherry red blend of Gamay Noir, St. Laurent and a touch of Chenin Blanc with aromas of black cherry and raspberry. Dry with crisp acidity and a medium finish. The "Power Take Off" name and label comes from an old tractor parts manual at the winery. If you are planning a summer patio party this would make for a great conversation aperitif!
