Philippe Perreault, Sommelier rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

It's a blend of of L'Acadie Blanc (55%) and Chardonnay (45%)

The color is clear golden.
It's a very effervescent sparkling wine.
Aromas of sea salt, green apple, pear and mineral.

On the palate, the acidity is nerve and the taste is long.

Excellent to match lobster. oyster and seafood in general.
This white sparkling is ready to drink but can be aged 2-3 years.
Serve it between 8-10 degrees.
Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Toasty and smoky with licorice aromas. Creamy mousse and textured palate. Extra dry with firm acidity lasting through the finish. Made from a blend of l'Acadie, Seyval, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, all estate grown, spanning most to all vintages going back to the inaugural 2002 vintage. Pair with brie and crackers, smoked salmon, or caviar.
Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A brilliant Canadian bubbly from Benjamin Bridge. Dry and delicate with Medium bubbles and a fluffy mousse. Aromas are engaging - with grapefruit peel, soft cheese skin and toasted crostini notes. Flavours are dry with crisp, mouthwatering green apple, olive and fresh herbs. Medium acidity with a light body and finish. Luminous, refreshing and perfect alongside celebratory festivities with soft cheeses and savoury herb infused seafood. 92 points
Pam Hatton rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale gold with lots of fine bubbles. The leesy nose gives a hint of the full round flavour about to come but it tricks you with fresh apple and tree fruit nose too. The mouth feel is medium bodied with the autolytic characteristics of a sparkling that has rested long on its lees but with still fresh with fruit and fine acidity. This combination makes it unique, as you're usually getting one or the other, not both. Med to long finish. Proves again that making wine on the "edge" can give great results.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Beautiful, crisp, medium plus acidity, well structured. Fantastic complexity! Big flinty matchstick nose, sea salt, baked unsweetened apple crisp, and orange blossom. This Nonvintage is tasting exceptionally well. Paired well with shrimp and chipotle jambalaya and equally well with gourmet truffle oil drizzled popcorn. I'd have this beauty with almost any dish or on its own, equally with breakfast, brunch, lunch, supper or a date night treat. Tasted Sept 2017. 92 points. BespokeTastings
Jane Staples rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A delightful sparkling wine made from L’Acadie, Vidal, Seyval, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay varietals, blended with several vintages going back to the initial vintage in 2002. Refreshing brioche, apple, lime aromatics , echoed on a mouth-watering palate that gives tart lime, brioche, honey, slight smoky touches and the signature salinity. Extra-dry with persistent fizz and a long saline finish. Perfect for toasting or kicking off a party with savoury appetizers.

Benjamin Bridge is increasingly becoming a top recommendation for Canadian Sommeliers when customers are looking to enjoy a premium sparkling wine with a delicious meal. Produced essentially the same way as Champagne, with all the labour intensive rituals, craftsmanship, and care, it's no wonder why wine lovers around the world are getting excited about the high quality products that Benjamin Bridge is producing each and every year.

In 2015 Benjamin Bridge produced their first non vintage "NV" classic method sparkling wine. It's a blend of L’Acadie, Vidal, Seyval, Pinot Noir, and Chardonnay, all from their estate vineyard. BB's acclaimed winemaker, Jean-Benoit Deslauriers, reached deep into their library of vintage wines to craft their inaugural NV wine, which includes wine dating back to their first harvest, 2002. The nose shows crisp orchard fruit, brioche, with a touch of sea-breeze, for which this maritime winery is well known. The palate is crisp and tart with great texture from the never ending supply of fine bubbles. Lip smacking tart citrus and gum drop flavours make way to the long and palate cleansing finish. Ideally suited for enjoying with rich dishes, this NV is sure to be loved for it offers great quality at a terrific price. Benjamin Bridge continues to demonstrate that they're a world-leader in premium sparkling wine production. Available winery direct ( https://www.benjaminbridge.com/sparklings/nv ) and at wine stores across Canada (and internationally).
