Very floral; lily, cilantro, smoke, opening to green apple and kiwi. Green apple, charred herb finish. Very interesting wine!
Pair with cold seafood - oysters, shrimp

Honey, spice, mandarin, and hop aromas. The flavours are a surprising blend of citrus peel and cardamom. Very dry and unique with a long somewhat peppery finish. This would pair well with fruit and spice infused roast pork or chicken.

Good for salads or spicy dishes…
Presentation: Not sure if the winery is trying to make it child-like or ancient Mediterranean. It’s a bit of a hodgepodge
Appearance: Light to medium yellow
Nose: Floral, cut grass
Taste: Floral, asparagus, grass, wet hay, perfume
Finish: Strong floral
Overall impression: Not a fruit-based wine. It should pair nicely with summer salads.
Value: 3/5

Alex: Ohh, what a strange bird we have here! So exotic, bit of pine here, candle wax, pear, road tar, pear candy and grapefruit pith. Dry and full-bodied, aromatic palate with a pleasing oily and oozy texture. this pine phenomena shows up on the finish as well, and it's quite long at that. I believe this would show surprisingly well at thanksgiving dinner! 89pts
Priya: I've described wines as 'skunky' before but this one is like the skunk odour that lingers on your dog even after 2 tomato juice baths. It's super dry and yet the fruit is hanging in there! It's worth trying simply for the uniqueness factor! 87pts

Deep golden/straw color.
Sea salt, honey, tea and dry white fruits aromas at the nose.
This wine is soft, medium-bodied and got a very long finish.
Take it on its own.
Serve it at 10-12 degrees.
Enjoyable now.

100/100 with the following review:
Nice aroma of honey, lemon, pears and white flowers. Dry, but smooth mouth feel with notes of orange and tropical fruit. Some bitterness on the finish. Try with some spicy Thai.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as
91/100 with the following review:
Expressive aromas of honey, lemon, white flowers, crisp yellow apple, and even a touch of Riesling-like petrol. The taste is dry honey and apple with a nice bright acidity. The long finish finish changes from apple to a tart lemon. Fantastic wine, and quite different than the usual fare. I'm trying this with roast ham and garlic roasted potatoes.
Heather Wall rated this wine as
90/100 with the following review:
This is an intensely aromatic white wine from the Italian island of Sicily. Peach, apple, honeycomb, floral blossoms, wax and lemon oil(?). Bone dry, bright acidity and medium-bodied with a rich mouthfeel and flavours of peach, dried apricot, butter and a lingering creamy finish. A very nice wine. I detected a slight effervescence - perhaps oxidized - making this even more attractive. Six years on and still valid.
