Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

A red blend made from Merlot, Petit Sirah, Zinfandel, Syrah and other varietals. Fruit forward aromas of currants, blackberries, and a hint of mocha. Smooth on the palate, designed to be an easy drinking and enjoyable wine. Try with BBQ burgers or pulled pork. (April 2016)
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Deep ruby, sweet nose with currant, berry, chocolate and spice. Sweet plummy, jammy, berry fruit with drying tannins. Manufactured for broad appeal. Try with braised meats or BBQ.

Courtney Flood rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Strawberry and mocha with a touch of herbal thyme and green peppercorns aromas. The flavours are totally void of the green aromas, this wine is plush all the way with jammy red fruit and vanilla. Not overwhelming and a fairly short finish. Great if you don't like too much acidity or tannins in your wine.
Rachelle O'Connor rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A lovely blend showcasing ripe California fruit, smoke and vanilla. Dave Mathews, the musician pairs up with winemaker Sean McKenzie. It is well priced and a drink anytime wine.

Natalie's Review

The Dreaming Tree Crush Red 2013, North Coast, California, United States: Fleshy ripe purple and black plums and blackberry preserves on the finish. Luscious, full-bodied, smooth and juicy. Very Zinfandel-like this this is a blend of red grapes. Pair with barbecued meats. Drink: 2014-2017. 310391 13.50% D 750 mL  $16.95 Score: 89/100. April 19, 2016 Best Value Red Wine. The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
