This Marlborough Pinot Noir shows the best of NZ's cool climate viticulture. Mild plums and mocha aromas lead into tart plum, cherry, earth, mocha and baking spice on the palate. It's extra-dry, fairly light-bodied, with a tart fruit finish. Very versatile with many dishes, from grilled salmon, pork tenderloin to turkey or duck.

The Oyster Bay Pinot Noir is a classic favourite for many Canadian palates. It's light bodied, crowd-pleasing, and easy drinking. Oyster Bay Pinot Noir is one of the most popular Pinot's across Canada. It's got a great balance of smoked cherry, plum, herbs and spice, with terrific balance and a smooth yet textured mouthfeel making it a great complement to grilled lamb, venison, pork and chicken. A delightful Pinot Noir with aromas of black cherries, tobacco, strawberry and leather that follow thought on the palate. This is a very versatile wine that can be paired with a variety of dishes or enjoyed on its own.

Ripe, red cherries abound! Lots of cherries on the nose and palate, mixed with vanilla, baking spice, leather and strawberries. Good complexity with a lighter body, and medium acidity, that would good well with a charcuterie plate or delicious on it's own slightly chilled.

Light red cherry, smoke, new leather and a slight touch of green-ness. The taste follows quite closely; light and balanced in the mouth, very little tannin, but good acidity. Light and nicely balanced. Very long, smoky finish.

Ripe strawberry, red cherry, vanilla baking spices, green bean, and a bit of leather and earth on the nose. The medium light palate offers a nice combination of these elements, along with a sense of warm cinnamon. Medium-high acidity and medium low tannins. Medium length.

Oak and black cherry dominate the nose and palate on this wine. The palate adds a some earthiness and a touch of spice that lingers into the finish. A good pairing with roast pork or cedar planked salmon.

Lovely overtly fruity PN typical of NZ PN. Easily appreciated aromas of dark cherry fruit, supplemented by oak. Lighter on the palate that expected, but just what I like in new world PN. Fruit, oak, spice all in balance, with a pleasing glycerine mouthfeel. Oak lingers past the fruit (as with many wines), giving great length. Excellent wine considering the volume produced.....................It's still lingering.................. yup......still lingering............

Oyster Bay Pinot Noir 2014, Marlborough, New Zealand: Toasty oak on the nose of this terrific New Zealand red wine wraps around fleshy ripe black cherries. Full-bodied, mouth-watering juicy and smooth with a great finish. Smoky oak and black cherry notes with some dark spice on the finish. Terrific with a wide range of dishes, especially holiday turkey.
