Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Beautiful and aromatic. This fragrant white is a blend of Semillon, Muscat, Gewurtztraminer, and Pinot Gris. Aromas are floral (orange blossom), light citrus and stone fruit, mingled nicely with a note of honey. The wine is medium to full bodied, with more stone fruit and floral notes coming though. Acid is lighter than anticipated and helps the wine feel more plush and full. This wine would be great with any foods containing a bit of spice.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Aromas of fresh cut grass, lime, melon and ginger give this blended white a nice range. Smooth, slightly oily mouth feel, great acidity, and tasting primarily of melon, lime, and grapefruit with a nice ginger and lime finish. I had a meal of green curried beef at a Thai restaurant last night that would have been perfect with this wine.
Tania Thomas rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Lively, fresh and complex white blend of 44% Semillon, 22% Muscat, 19% Gewürztraminer and 15% Pinot Gris grown in close proximity to Adelaide. Semillon provides the spine for the wine, Muscat lends soft floral aromatics, Gewürztraminer brings a touch of spice and Pinot Gris provides for a luscious mouthfeel. Abundant aromas and flavours of ripe peaches and zesty citrus notes. Fantastic on its own as a patio sipper or served with seafood and slightly spicy Asian dishes. Delightful! Tasted May 2016/92 points. Tania Thomas – www.runawaygrape.com
Heather Wall rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Good entry level white blend of four varietals - predominantly Semillon (44%) backed with Muscat, Guwurtztraminer and Pinot Gris. Nice complexity, light, crisp and clean. Hints of citrus, floral, and touch of honey sweetness on the finish. Very enjoyable. Pair with pan seared scallops; spicy avocado tacos.

David Skinner rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Light Straw colour and clean. Layers indeed! This wine is the marriage of semillon, muscat, gewurztraminer and pinot gris fermented separately and with their own techniques to draw out the best of each. Made only in stainless steel, the wine is full of stone fruit and floral notes. Peaches, white flowers top the list of aromas. The mouthfeel is silky with just the right amount of acidity to keep the stone fruit and spicy flavours lively. A medium-long finish.

With such a pliable flavour profile this could go great with anything from an apricot-stuffed pork loin to a spicy thai dish.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

A blend of four varietals semillon (44%), muscat (22%), gewürztraminer (19%) and pinot gris (15%), each of which contributes nicely and gives the wine good complexity. The nose offers floral notes along with pear and spice. The palate offers the same along with some stonefruit. A well-balanced easy drinking wine that is a great summer sipper or to pair with many seafood dishes.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

Looking for white varietal complexity at an accessible price point, this wine offers great value. With aromatic character from each of the featured varietals semillon (44%), muscat (22%), gewürztraminer (19%) and pinot gris (15%) this is an elegant, structured and complex wine showing pale straw and 11%ABV. The Semillon provides the spine of it's structure with a hint of minerality, and floral, spice, rich full-bodied from the other varietals. This is a crowd pleaser which delivers complexity at an affordable price point. Enjoy with pan-seared scallops, Asian fusion, or sashimi. @jonsteeves rated 88/100 - tasted May 2016.
Emilie Ryan rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Captivating mix for the summer season…
Presentation: Simple yet uninspiring label, which doesn’t do the wine justice. The layered blend is so interesting, it merits a more creative/artistic label to reflect the concept.
Appearance: Light gold
Nose: Floral, spices
Taste: Floral, spices, citrus, nice acidity, alcohol is not overpowering
Finish: Citrus (orange, grapefruit), spice and toastiness, despite it not being oak fermented.
Overall impression: An intriguing, layered wine. It’s nice and easy, and it’s a great summer wine to drink on its own or with light dishes, especially those showcasing citrus and/or ginger. The Semillon varietal’s toasty characteristic comes out nicely in this wine. As a bonus, it’s a great value!
Value: 4/5
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

This white blend is a refreshing blend of semillon (44%), muscat (22%), gewurtz (19%) and pinot gris (15). The nose shows pronounced floral (orange blossom and rose petals) and tree fruit notes The palate shows high acidity with an off-dry balance and an interesting textural note (slight oily). Enjoy this medium bodied white with mild coconut curries.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A really lovely blend, well constructed and true to the name - you will find layers upon layers of tropical fruit, citrus, apple blossom, soft spiciness, beeswax, and more on the nose and palate; so easy to drink, with perfectly harmonious acidity to balance it all out. Enjoyable on its own but made to pair with a variety of foods.
Julia Kelada rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

This wine is so well named, layers are exactly what you go through when drinking this wine. It feels like discovering a cup cake and ending up with the cherry on the top!
On the nose there are sweet tones of candied pears, sweet ripe apricots, honey dew melon and then crisp notes of cucumber. Mild floral tones make for wonderful end to the aromas.
On the palate there are the fruits of sweet apricots, ripe pears and succulent honey dew melon are wrapped up with lemon zest creating a well balanced acidity. Notes of freshly cut grass deliver the layers of different tones throughout each mouthful.
Perfect served with Asian salmon or scallops.

Bottoms up!
