A beautiful expression of New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc - thirst quenching lime and green apple flavours. A perfect door opener, and will carry through nicely into veggie and cheese appetizers.
Heather Wall rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Great gilled veggie wine. Light and refreshing with gooseberry, apple, tomato leaf, and fresh cut green pepper(in a good way). Acidity is medium+ and balanced. Serve well chilled.
Tasted: May 2015

Natalie's Review

Spy Valley Wine Sauvignon Blanc 2014, Marlborough, South Island, New Zealand: Lively and zesty with mouth-watering acidity. It goes down slippery fast with terrific refreshment. There's gooseberry and lime zest on the finish. Perfect for salads and vegetarian dishes. A go-to New Zealand Sauvignon Blanc that entered the market several years ago. Mouth-watering and crisp with a grassy underlay for vegetarian dishes and snappy discussions. The 2014 vintage of this Sauvignon Blanc continues to trend of increasing in price almost every year. This used to be $14.95. Drink: 2014-2017. 686675 13.50% XD 750 mL  $19.95 Score: 89/100. May 30, 2015 Terrific Turkey Wine  Full Review

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
