A lovely rose with red berry aromas followed by crisp sweet berry tastes. Would love to pair with an Italian antipasto platter, full of Parmesan cheese cubes, assortment of Italian cold cuts and and a variety of olives.

Intense pink color. Strawberry jam, cotton candy, but still a surprising balance of acidity. It TASTES intensely pink! I surprisingly like it, it takes like fun. Would be nice with salmon sashimi.

Slightly off dry, balanced acidity, medium plus bodied with lots of lovely strawberry jam.

Charcuterie board on a patio! (Lots of salty olives)
