Intense ruby/garnet red colour. Complex aromas of cherry, cranberry, blackberry, plum, prunes, bell peppers, cedar, baking spice, and smoky notes. Rich flavours on the palate, mainly plum, cherry, black pepper, green bell pepper, a hint of vanilla and some dusty earth. Grippy tannins, tart acidity, and medium finish of plum, green bell pepper and spice. Serve with grilled lamb (add lots of garlic and olive oil to your grilling pan). Decent valued wine. Aromas of currant, berries, and a hint of mint. Tart, flavours include berry, smoke and some herbaceous notes. Try with a roast or short ribs.

Des notes de cedres et de cassis,et un soupcon de notes empyreumatiques,au nez. Astringence et acidité se jettent sur vous, comme des filous au coin d'une rue.Un fruité certain,se révèlent ensuite, Moyen long. Peut-etre en crise d'adolescence...à réessayer dans un an.

It has an interesting nose, of fog in the woods,but the mouthfeel is almost an assault, with its tartness and astringency.It has a certain fruity character,but i would try in again in a year,to be fair with it. There is a sale at the LCBO, now,so it makes it a better deal.
