Aromatic and refreshing this little sparkler has flavours of lemon-lime, green apple, slight raspberry, grapes, with a touch of biscuit complexity.
The flavours linger on the creamy, mouth-watering, elegant finish.
Pair with kettle chips, spicy shrimp, or cream cheeses. Enjoy with a friend!
Drink now or keep through 2016.

Tawse Winery Inc. Spark Brut 2012, Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario VQA, Canada: This Ontario bubbly is made from a blend of Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, and Pinot Gris grapes. Good acidity and toastiness on the nose and palate. This half bottle is a nice way to start a meal with a toast. Drink: 2014-2016. 404558 12% XD 375 mL $14.95 Score: 86/100.
