Buy by the case. Superb value. Traditional method bubbly from South African Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Dry, crisp, balanced with mouthwatering acidity. Big toasted croissant aromatics complement the green apple and a hint of lime zest. Pairs well with smoked salmon or almost anything. Tasted a bottle which was disgorged July 2016 , in December 2017. 90 points.

A lovely sparkling wine from western Cape W O, South Africa, blended from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Delicate apple, lemon zest nose, with apple, lemon zest and croissant on palate. Great fizz.

On the palate, citrus notes of lemon-lime, apple, nougat and a creamy finish.

Excellent value for a traditionally-made sparkler. Blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
