Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

An off-dry Reisling with pretty aromas of apple, pear, white flower and lime. There's medium acidity with a a taste of apple and pear, and a nice smooth mouth feel. This paired quite nicely with a salty roast ham, although I think it would be even better with a green chicken curry.
Jane Staples rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

A pretty nose of apricots, pear and minerality, with a delicious bright palate showing tart apricot, pear, lemon, a touch of honey, and subtle minerality. Very harmonious, off-dry mouthfeel and a velvety-smooth apricot/lemon finish. Excellent value.
Ben rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

19.54$. Wicked value wine.
Heather Wall rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale lemon green colour, refreshing acidity, low alcohol, great price. Mix in the aromas and flavours of tree fruit, stone fruit, citrus, floral and detection of slight effervescence and you could be going back for a case. Not bad for $14 German Riesling. Classic German Riesling pairings: German sausage, Bratwurst, Asian food, on it's own.
Tasted: December 2014
Martha Kelly AIWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This medium sweet Riesling is well-balanced with lively acidity and flavours of ripe peach, citrus, tree fruit, and a slight smokiness.
A true price-performer!
Pair with butter chicken, Pad Thai, or sip on its own.
Drink now or cellar until 2017.
Date tasted: November 26, 2014.
Community Reviewer reviewed this wine as follows:

Fresh and floral, Dr. Loosen Riesling intices with a lively lime and floral nose. The palate is smooth with round spicey character and flavours of peach, pear and apple leading to a crisp finish. It is excellent with spicey foods

Natalie's Review

Loosen Bros. Dr. L Riesling 2013, Mosel, Germany: Love it! There's simply no better value white wine on the shelf. Lime blossom gorgeous. The alcohol is refreshingly low, yet this is no wimpy wine: it's packed with flavour. Perfect as an aperitif or companion to many dishes. Some terrific white pear and lime blossom on the finish of this Qualitätswein (Q.B.A.) wine. Try it with just about anything, but start with seafood or a medium curry. Winemaker Ernie Loosen makes a range of wines, and this is his entry-level offering. It's spectacular for the price. Drink: 2013-2018. 599274 8.50% MS 750 mL  $13.95 Score: 90/100.
