Offers scents of lemon, tropical fruit and soft herbs with a touch of toasty yeast on the palate.

Impressive Sauv Bl from Nova Scotia - loads of citrus zest, a touch of wildflower honey, hay, an interesting tropical fruit note (pineapple) and juicy mouthwatering acidity. Pairs nicely with a pesto pasta salad.

This vibrant Sauvignon Blanc comes from Nova Scotia's Gaspereau Valley. Extra dry with abundant citrus notes of lemon drops and freshly cut grass on the nose. Crisp & refreshing with significant minerality and a touch of toast on the finish. Delicious with creamy, pungent goat cheeses.

The briny minerality of this wine hits you first, followed by cantelope, lemon, and white blossoms. Palate came off a little more fruity with pineapple and lime. For ash-rind goats cheese, it enhanced the complexity of the rind without enhancing the bitterness, and the freshness of the wine contrasted nicely to the creamy cheese. For traditional style goats cheese, the tanginess of the cheese and the fruitness of the wine were amplified when consumed together. Would also probably be nice with some feta. I think this is a nice salad wine.

Very pale yellow, faint nose with melon, herb, minerality. Mouthwatering acidity with mineral, citrus lemon, slight herbal and medium finish. Nice to sip alone or with appetizers. Tasted June 6, 2015.

Golden Straw color with aromas of verbena, herbs, flint, and toasted hazelnut.

The palate is crisp, rich and the finish is long.

Serve it at 10-12 degrees.

Pair it with a lobster fettuccine with citrus sauce or creamy cheese.

Can be aged up to 7-8 years.

Benjamin Bridge Sauvignon Blanc 2013, Gaspereau Valley, Nova Scotia, Canada: Crisp and fresh with notes of lime citrus and racy mouth-watering acidity for salads and seafood.
