Pale ruby in colour, with refreshing acidity and supple tannins this medium-bodied wine gives a flavour rush of dark cherry, raspberry, pomegranate, with earth and spice adding to its complexity.
Long length on the soft, warming finish.
Enjoy today, or keep up to 3 years.
Pair with Port sauted mushrooms on Brie flatbread.

Light bodied, but with a deep ruby colour. Tart cherry and strawberry on the nose with some cedar as well. On the palate, tart but not overwhelming, with the cherry and strawberry both coming through with a bit of pepper as well. This would be a great match with roasted pork.

Noticeable tannins on the pinot noir, warm fruit flavours of raspberry, cherry and raspberry leaf. Great example of a California pinot.

Strawberry, raspberry, cherry, smoke, subtle spices and cedar. The taste is balanced about the same, tnippped a little more toward the smoke and cherry. Quite a nice new world Pinot. This would be quite nice with a roast pork with cranberries.
