With lifted red fruit and spice, typical of New Zealand Pinot Noir this wine has mouth-watering acidity, medium tannins, and medium body.
Pair this food-friendly wine with grilled chicken or gourmet burgers.
Drink now or keep up to 18 months.

Beautiful deep ruby colour. Aromas include cherry, raspberry, oak, spice and dried cranberry. On the palate, the oak is subtle and not overpowering, the cherry is tart and there is good acidity and a longer finish.

Deep ruby color!

notes of cherry, raspberry, bleuberry, cigar box and herb.

The tannins are structured, the body is complex and the finish is long.

That's a true expression of Pinot Noir to match red meat!

Serve it at 15-16 degrees.

Can be aged up to 7-8 years.

A deeper, fleshier Pinot noir. Blackberry and cherry, smoke and herbaceousness. Plush berry with a touch of green herb on the palate. A good BBQ wine.

Strawberry, cherry and cranberry aromas with a cranberry and sour cherry flavour with a bit of tannin. There's a nice long tart cherry finish. A well balanced wine with nice acidity.

Plum and raspberry nose with a hint of leafy-ness (if that isn't a word, it is now). Similar palate but add good acidity and warming affect.

August 17, 2014: Medium ruby, expressive nose with cherry, raspberry, dried cranberry, a bit of floral and spice. Cherry, red berry, french oak masking some fruit and add to some tannic grip. Light bodied with a medium cherry and oak finish, this would benefit from a few more years to better integrate the wood.
