Andrea Shapiro rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Fine, gentle bubbles with a light fluffy mousse. Elements of yellow apple, delicate minerals and lightly toasted brioche. Medium bodied and dry with toasty apple flavours and delicate bright minerals. Flavourful and delicious. Pair with smoked salmon canapes and creamy cheeses.
Craig Haynes rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Plenty of delicious bready, citrusy, and apple expressions to be enjoyed in this crisp, elegant, mouthwatering, visually stunning creation. This line from Taittinger has legions of fans, and it is easy to understand why. It is delicious.

Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Not just for special occasions, there should be more excuses and opportunities for bubbles! This one is maybe priced more for a special occasion, but could make any Monday a celebration. Aromas are bready and yeasty with lemon zest and pith. Dry on the palate, with small, persistent bubbles, and a lovely balance of yeasty and citrus and apple hints. Finish is crisp and clean. Enjoy with anything, but these bubbles would be particularly good with some kettle cooked potato chips or fresh oysters - or both at the same time?!
Trent Mayers rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Taittinger has everything you would expect from excellent French Champagne. I suspect this is mostly Pinot Noir based on the aroma and flavour profile. Lovely fine streams of bubbles carry amazing red cherry and raspberry, along with toast, bread, dried apple, and lemony acidity on the finish. Great for celebrations of all kinds. Now priced at $76.95. 4.5 stars out of 5.
Pamela Chiles rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Tasted after the Dom... Yeasty brioche lifts from the glass; fresh lemon and apple, biscuit and lovely fine bubbles keep you coming back for more. Keep some on hand for special occasions.
Sylvain Segard rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Nice yeasty bread, apples and pears. Fresh smooth bubbles. Good pairing with shellfish.
Melissa Pulvermacher rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

The perfect NV Brut Champagne to help ring in the New Year. Aroma of bread and dried apricot with an austere palate of green apple and honeysuckle. Crisp, clean and easy drinking. Enjoy with shellfish and good company.
Jon Steeves rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

This non vintage Reims Champagne is pale straw with vigorous fine bubbles and declared 12.5% abv. Wonderful intensity on the nose and on the palate of limestone minerality, bartlett pear, baked apple brioche, and a hint of lime leaf. Well balanced, well integrated with mouthwatering acidity and crisp mouthfeel. This wine is a sensory treat and approachable with or without food. A festive favourite year after year. Enjoy as soon as you can.
Monique Sosa rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Superb non-vintage Champagne! The Taittinger shows delightful notes of fresh orchard fruit, orange blossoms, and minerality. Sip after sip, note the mouthwatering acidity, refreshing mouthfeel and crisp clean finish. This the perfect Champagne for holiday entertaining! Tasted Nov. 2015.
Terry Jeans rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Nice toasty yeast, bready nose, with lemon drops and green apple. Incredible mouth watering acidity and persistent micro carbonation, the sign of a well made champagne. Complex, yet accessible. Great for any occasion!
Ashley Quesnel rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Inviting aromas of citrus, mineral, smoke and yeast. This champagne is incredibly complex with intense flavours of mineral. The palate is clean and fresh and the finish is long. This is a great example of a blended NV champagne from one of the world’s most prestigious champagne houses.
Craig Kuziemsky rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Wonderful aroma of citrus and fresh baked bread. The palate offers apple and citrus notes with a toasty favor lingering throughout. Small consistent bubbles dominate the champagne.
Douglas McMillan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Apricot, lemon, lime, and apple aromas with a touch of brioche. The taste is along the same lines, with bright acidity and fine bubbles. Nice apple, lemon and bready finish.
Cherie Cole rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Lively, palate cleansing, with biscuit, peach and sweet red apple on the nose. Excellent value. Tasted November 29, 2015.
Trevor Sabourin rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Aromas of Green apple, lemon zest, dried apricot, clove, toast, and honey suckle. The fruit is very fresh on the palate, and delicately balanced by the toasty/spice aromas.
Lori Kilmartin WSET3 rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Tiny bubbles is not just a song by Dean Martin, though I could picture myself in front of a crackling fireplace glass in hand with Dean crooning in the background! These bubbles are tiny, fast and furious. Subtle nuances of biscuit, mineral and citrus abound. Crisp, brioche and some ripe pear with a long finish. In my world champagne pairs with anything from salty potato chips to oysters - try them all! I tasted this champagne again on Oct. 2/2016 and it was just as lovely as before!!
Lynn van der Linde rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Light gold glitters in the glass, with buttered toast, marzipan, and a hint of orange zest on the nose, delicate and consistent bubbles, and a lasting sweet pear finish. Brilliant with fish and chips, or... on it's own!
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Medium gold with small uniform bubbles, lightly toasty with lees, apple, pear and citrus on the nose. Nice mousse on the palate with great acidity carrying the fruit to a long toasty finish. Very elegant. 90+
Tasted November 2015
Valérie Dufour rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Discreet nose of obepin, fresh bread and apple. Nice acidity without being overwhelming with retro of pastry. A little short.
Bill Wright Sommelier rated this wine as 92/100 with the following review:

Lovely persistence of bubbles. Clean, crisp and refreshing. Medium apple finish that makes you want more. Any shell fish or delicately prepared seafood would be great with this.

Natalie's Review

Taittinger Brut Reserve Champagne, Champagne A.O.C., France: Great finesse and elegance, persistence of bubbles. This is assembled from 35 crus and 40% Chardonnay, so while not a Blanc de Blancs (all white wine grapes, that is Chardonnay), this bubbly still has the elegance of that style. Pair with shellfish, especially fresh oysters. 365312 12.50% D 750 mL  $61.85 Score: 93/100. June 10, 2022 Top Rated Sparkling Wine. Sensational Shellfish Wine  Full Review
