Martha Kelly AIWS rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This refreshing sparkler has flavours of citrus, apple, and a classic complexity from its bottle-fermentation.
Enjoy on its own or pair with delicately flavoured seafood dishes.
Drink now, or cellar until 2017.
Date tasted: October 2014.
Courtney Flood rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

Bright and refreshing, intense citrus flavours. Lively with a distinct sophistication. Mother's day gift for my bubbly-loving mother-in-law who raved about it.

Great goat cheese pairing wine! Love how the crisp acidity, bubbles, and hints of fruitiness contrasts the tangy and creamy goats cheese.

Pair with my favourite spring goat cheese recipe: goat cheese pasta primavera. Boil a package of pasta in salted water. 2 minutes before al dente, add thinly sliced or grated carrot and asparagus if in season. Before draining, add frozen peas to just defrost but not cook. Toss pasta with halved cherry tomatoes, arugala, a couple of tbsp good olive oil, a small package or half a large package of crumbled goats cheese, salt and pepper.

Natalie's Review

Tawse Winery Inc. Spark Limestone Ridge Estate Vineyard Riesling 2012, Twenty Mile Bench, Niagara Peninsula, Ontario V.Q.A., Canada: Bright and zesty with lime-alive aromas and toasty bread. Great value and quality for the price. Finishes with a lick lemon zest. This bubbly is made from Riesling -- not the same grape base as the half bottle size in this release. The vines are planted in limestone soils on the Twenty Mile Bench. Drink: 2014-2017. 370361 12% D 750 mL  $19.95 Score: 89/100. November 8, 2014 Best Value Sparkling Wine. There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
