Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Lemon, fennel, and stone on the nose. Very crisp palate with intense lemon flavour followed by gentle biscuit and autolytic character. Good tingle on the palate through the finish. A pleasant and interesting sparkling ideal for raw shellfish or popcorn on movie night.
Sally reviewed this wine as follows:

There’s no time like the present to start your collection for Canada Day and you’ll definitely want a few of these for the celebrations! This non-vintage, traditional method B.C. beauty from the Okanagan Valley was hand-harvested and is a blend of 50% Pinot Noir, 45.5% Chardonnay and 4.5% Pinot Gris. Fermented separately pre-blending with 2 years ageing sur-lie and then 6-9 months in cellar, it’s well integrated and balanced with a fine and lingering mousse. With flavours of fresh green apples, pears and bright lemon plus hints of white peach, cherries and toasted pain de mie. Pair with friends and fireworks? You bet! Smoked salmon with lemon and dill crème fraîche? B.C. doubles up and represents, but what about our east coast? Oysters and mignonette, bien sûre mes amis et bonne fête!

This golden gem is complex, well balanced and ready for enjoyment. A wonderful traditional method bubbly offered at a great price. Toasty, dry, with mouthwatering high acidity, integrated alcohol and ready to please. Any time of day with any meal, this gorgeous sparkling is a sure thing. Wow! Great job Blue Mountain. Tasted Feb 2017. Rated 91/100. @BespokeTastings

This is a traditional style sparkling wine perfect for any occasion. Soft bubbles and creamy mouth feel, flavors start toasty and yeasty, moving towards peach and yellow apples, finishing with fresh citrus notes.
