The aromatic complexity of this wine is very engaging; blackberry brambles, layered with dark cherry, chocolate and cassis combine in a way typical of Cabernet Sauvignon in its most pure expression. On the palate, initial softness amplifies into a warm, supple firmness. The flavors in the mouth clearly evoke the aromas found in the nose.

A perfect balance of rich black fruit and well structured tannins from this classic California Cab. Blackberry and blueberry aromas transition into mouth filling flavours of blackcurrant, black cherry and mint. A perfect compliment to your favorite cut of steak. Enjoy through 2016.
