Actually really nice. A bit young with 2012 vintage but silky and rich texture. Sweeter than any Pinot I've tasted.
Ross Noble reviewed this wine as follows:

Enjoying this Pinot Noir on the back patio after great bike ride. Its clear ruby colour and fruity tones is a relaxing treat. The refreshing berry taste is delicious with some cheese. A smooth wine and great for those that want to try a red without the heavy tannins. Cheers!
Tania Thomas rated this wine as 86/100 with the following review:

Mirassou family has a six generation long tradition of wine making in the sun-drenched hills of Monterey and Sonoma Counties in California’s Central Coast. Their Pinot Noir is fruit forward, light bodied with the abundance of ripe cherries and strawberries, hints of vanilla and a touch of toast. Try slightly chilled with rosemary roasted chicken or matured pungent cheese.
Heather Wall rated this wine as 88/100 with the following review:

An everyday Californiua Pint Noir that doesn't try to be anything else. Light-bodied, pale ruby, ripe red
fruit,pomegranate,clove,vanilla, prunes,earthiness,smoke.
Tannins are smooth. Length is medium+ on a warming finish.
Drink now, not suitable for further ageing.
Serve with grilled chicken, planked salmon, soft cheeses.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
