Drink up to 2022
Jennifer Havers rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This NV Brut is done in the traditional style, and is an amazing value for the price point! Dry, with notes of crisp green apple, light lemon and a slight creaminess in the texture. Lively bubbles really bring the flavours alive on the palate. Finish is medium +. Perfect for any celebration, but you could also enjoy this with a wide range of foods, from shellfish (oysters!) or richer smoked salmon, to charcuterie.
Sean O'Regan rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

Pale gold and fine bubbles on this delicious BC sparkler. Toasty with apple, lemon citrus and fresh bread nose, the palate shows mature notes with toasty hazelnut, apple, citrus and mineral. Fine bubbles, and just a hint of sweetness mid-palate and finishing dry with toasty, yeasty notes. A nice value sparkling wine from the Okanagan, this is a fantastic pairing with spicy tuna maki rolls with toasted sesame seeds. 89/90 Feb 8, 2015.

See Ya Later Ranch Brut Sparkling, Okanagan Valley, B.C., Canada: The appellation for this zesty sparkling wine is BC VQA. A crisp, toasty and refreshing bubbly with attractive notes of green apple. Great price for this quality. Works well as an aperitif or companion to seafood. Drink: 2014-2017. 271049 13.50% XD 750 mL  $20.95 Score: 88/100. September 18, 2015 Best Value Sparkling Wine. The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
