Jessica Nagy rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

A deliciously aromatic white blend from Spain and one of my go-to wine makers from the region. Tropical fruits mingle with soft floral notes and just a very ephemeral hint of salt ocean breezes. Not too sweet on the palate.
Paired wonderfully with our grilled shrimp skewers, marinated in lime, ginger, honey, and chili.
Definitely great value for an easy-drinking summer seafood white.

Natalie's Review

Torres Viña Esmeralda 2012, Catalunya, Spain: Simply divine even at triple the price it is. Stunningly lovely white floral notes along with some lychee and white melon. So, so pretty as an aperitif or with fresh seafood. Highly recommended. There’s no oak on this aromatic blend of mostly muscat grapes with some gewürztraminer grapes, that grow in the mountains of north-east Spain. A lovely honeysuckle finish. Try it with Asian dishes and mild to medium curries. Drink: 2013-2015. 113696 11.50% MD 750 mL  $14.95 Score: 90/100. January 4, 2014 Best Value White Wine. Spectacular Spicy Wine  Full Review

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
