Gabriel Israel rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Beautiful color for a 10 year old wine. On the nose as on the palate, very integrated - from smells of forest through wet autumn leaves, earthy, mushrooms, graphite (cab Franc?). A very straight forward Saint-Julien to me. lots of nice things are going in the glass, yet lacks a bit of sophistication. After 2 hours it's velvety. Smooth. A bit minty. It gains weight over time to medium+ body. The finish is pretty long and pleasant. Decant for 2 hours.
