When working, the most common question asked is "What wine should I buy?" And my answer always is "What are you planning to eat? So my passion is pairing food with wine and I love to entertain in my home with wine-themed dinners. And because I love the whole educational aspect of wine, I even supply an information sheet at each place setting- but no quiz at the end! We all have fun and learn together.
