Yalumba 2019 Shiraz is a vegan friendly, full-bodied and fruit-driven Shiraz produced from organically grown grapes sourced from both young and older vines that are between 12 and 35-plus years of age thriving in red brown earth, sandy loam and dark clay soils giving elegance and complexity wine. Look for layers of ripe dark plum, dark cherry, spicy red currants, smoky spices and dark chocolate flavours, food-friendly and concentrated on the palate with a long and smooth finish. Amazing value at $18. Drinking beautifully now and to 2025. Pour with bison burgers from the grill topped with blue cheese.
