Wolf Blass Black Label 2017 is a rich and luxurious Shiraz and Malbec red wine blend concentrated on the palate with layers of ripe dark fruit, plum compote, black olive, dried tobacco leaf, toasty oak spice silky, savoury and long on the palate. Tannins are a bit firm right now, but the wine will continue to evolve in bottle. Try in 2023.

Cabernet Shiraz Malbec food pairings: beef fajitas, roast beef, roast goose, lamb shanks.
