More citrus than grass in this classic Australian white wine blend of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon. This white Bordeaux style blend is ripe with citrus, herb and tropical fruit flavours - a portion of this was barrel-fermented for added balance and texture. Nicely done. Pair with grilled seafood, crab cakes or fish tacos. The vines are planted on a hillside in the Ferguson Valley of southwest Western Australia.

Sauvignon Blanc Semillon food pairings: smoked oyster and mussels on baguette, smoked whitefish, oyster hot pot.

Love this white Bordeaux style Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon dry white wine. Produced by Willow Bridge, Dragonfly 2017 is fresh with grapefruit, dried pineapple, green herbs, grassy and smoky flavours on the palate with a vibrant lemon/lime zest finish. Pair with spring salads or fish tacos. - Community Wine Reviews
