From William Fèvre Champs Royaux 2020 a dry, brilliant Chablis with five percent of the wine fermented in neutral wood barrels with the balance in stainless steel tank. Look for layers of lemon drop, soft citrus zest, apple-pear and briny mineral flavours with a lingering and mouth-wateringly good finish.

Chablis food pairings: oysters on the half-shell, mussels Portuguese, clam linguine.

Reviews and Ratings

Champs Royaux 2020 is a dry and brilliant Chablis produced from a world renown wine producer, William Fèvre. This is a juicy and mouth-watering Chardonnay with layers of lemon drop, ripe pear, apple and briny mineral notes lingering on the finish. A portion of the grapes were fermented in neutral oak barrels with the balance in stainless-steel tanks. Chill and enjoy it with your favourite seafood dish. - Community Wine Reviews
