From world renown Chablis wine producer, William Fèvre, a dry unoaked Chardonnay from northern Burgundy. The Kimmeridgian soils of northern Burgundy really do justice to the Chardonnay wine grape. Chalky, lightly herbal with lemon curd and briny mineral flavours on the palate. Chill and enjoy with fresh shellfish dishes.

Chablis food pairings: oysters on the half-shell, mussels Portuguese, clam linguine.

Reviews and Ratings

William Fèvre Champs Royaux 2018 Chablis is a mouth-watering, bone-dry, unoaked Chablis with flinty, citrus, lime zest and crunchy green apple goodness on the palate. Serve chilled with a chilled shellfish platter. The Kimmeridgian soils of northern Burgundy really do justice to the Chardonnay wine grape. Love that chalky, lemon curd, lightly herbal, briny with fresh minerality that Chablis can be. Enjoy now and for the next three years. - Community Wine Reviews
