William Fevre's Chablis Montmains (2014) is clean, fresh, zesty and a perfect pairing to raw oysters on the half shell. This Burgundian Chardonnay is a premier cru white wine. The William Fèvre estate owns 50 hectares of vineyards planted in the heart of the Chablis region of Burgundy. More than half of this is designated the coveted premier and grand cru vineyards. Grapes are hand-picked and the wine is aged in vats and neutral oak casks to express the purity of the fruit. - Community Wine Reviews

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
