Reviews and Ratings

Vite Colte Spezie Riserva (2008) is a full-bodied Barbaresco from the Piedmont wine region. Look for dark berries, savoury and cedar spice flavours on this easy to enjoy Nebbiolo. The vineyards where this Riserva originates are located at an altitude of between 200 and 280 metres above sea level. The soils contain Sant’Agata Fossil marls and roughly textured clay. The wine was aged in small oak barrels for to years and then another year in bottle prior to its release. - Community Wine Reviews

Red, White & Drunk all over by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean writes about wine with a sensuous obsession... and often laugh-out-loud funny... Terrific.

Ms. MacLean is the disarming Everywoman. She loves wine, loves drinking ... ultimately, it's a winning formula.

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
