Truly one of Niagara’s riesling masters. This incredible white is packed with flavour: bursting at the seams! Yet it’s also incredibly refined and ephemeral. Angel juice. Lots of minerality through the core and a laser-like focus on fruit purity, especially lime and lemon. I love that it's low alcohol yet packed with flavour. A spectacularly vibrant wine that bursts from the glass with lime blossom, lemon zest, white flowers and green apple. Try this lovely white with fresh seafood, shellfish, roast chicken or turkey.

Riesling food pairings: shrimp tempura, grilled salmon with lemon sauce, duck liver pate, eggs benedict, planked salmon.

Reviews and Ratings

Heather Wall - CS; WSET Advanced rated this wine as 93/100 with the following review:

Out of the park delicious! I have anxiously awaited this Elevation from the exceptional 2012 Niagara vintage and it didn't disappoint. ( Neither did the Pinot Meunier in this release.) But I digress. This is classic Ontario Riesling at it's core. Low in alcohol with refreshing acidity encompassing lots of Niagara fruit and Bench citrus qualities. Fruit blossoms, minerality, zest, petrol. What makes this wine special is the crafting behind it. Part of the small production Elevation series, the grapes are hand-picked and hand-sorted from old vines with first plantings in 1979. At $20 this is a bargain. Easy to enjoy now but this wine has some aging potential. Lots of fruit with great acidity and we are talking tens of years here. At this price point I'm willing to take the risk and enjoy over the next 10+ years.
Riesling pairing: Asian food, sausage, peameal bacon.

Our land speaks clearly in this balanced wine with notes of wet river rock, slate and limestone. Wonderful citrus notes with white peach and a hint of apricot draw you in. On the palate the structure is pure elegance with a refreshing acid-sweetness balance.
