A juicy, full-bodied, layered and complex Spanish red wine. Lots of fleshy black fruit and some dark spice and smoke smoldering in the glass. This wine is made from vines that are an average of 70 years old and produce Tempranillo grapes. They're planted at between 845 and 960 metres above sea level in loamy soils of calerous and sand. Pair this with roast beef or brisket.

Food pairings: red meats, roast lamb, stewed fish, mature cheeses.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
