Reviews and Ratings

Community Reviewer rated this wine as 87/100
From Viña Echeverría in the Curicó Valley region of Chile, this Moscatel (2014) is a refreshing summer drink with a bit of sparkle. On the nose, it is gentle with orange and lemon zest. On the palate, the wine is off-dry and is a light-weight, pale-yellow wine with fine acidity, peaches, honey, dried figs, and a long, citrus finish. Grapes for this wine were handpicked, fermented at low temperature to preserve fruit and wine freshness with a second fermentation for a frizzante-style wine.

Cellar Offering: 229

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
