Reviews and Ratings

This wine received a rating of 2 Glasses (out of 3) in Gambero Rosso 2010, denoting a rating of Very Good to Excellent. The blend here is 60% Merlot and 40% Cabernet Sauvignon. Playfully enticing aromas of red and black cherry, currants, dried cranberry, dates, mocha spice and leather. Complex combination of tangy fruit and savoury spice, all backed by fleshy tannins that are softening attractively. Medium-full bodied, balanced and tasty with a touch of bitter chocolate adding intrigue on the finish. Good length. Enjoy it tonight. Source: Vintages Wine Panel

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
