A juicy, medium-plus-bodied Amarone from Valpantena produced from 70% Corvina 30% Rondinella with ripe, dark cherry, dark chocolate, meaty and dried, sweet tobacco leaf flavours finishing smoky on the palate. Pair with roast Cornish game hens.
