Inocente is a dry Fino Sherry produced from a single-vineyard, Macharnudo Alto, sourced from Palomino vines over 25 years of age in Albariza soils. Inocente is one of the only Fino wines fermented in 600 litre wooden casks using indigenous yeasts. A brandy produced from Palomino grapes is used for fortifying the sherry. Fine and briny on the nose with dried hay, toasted nut, yeasty and vanilla aromas. On the palate, the sherry is elegant with briny mineral flavours dried apple, citrus peel, olive and salted nut flavours. A great sherry. Enjoy chilled with Ibérico ham, olives and fish patés.

Sherry food pairings: roasted nuts, grilled sardines, hard cheeses, olives, nuts, pate, seafood.

From the Jerez wine region, Inocente Fino Dry is a single-vineyard dry sherry produced from Palomino wine grapes grown on vines planted in Albariza soils in the Macharnudo Alto Vineyard. Produced by the José Estévez group. This is a full-bodied, elegant dry sherry. Briny with herb, mineral, nutty and lemon zest flavours on the palate.
