From the Union Wine Company, Underwood 2019 Pinot Noir is fragrant with violet, dark cherry, red berry and spicy aromas on the nose. This is a lovely, bright Oregon Pinot Noir with balanced acidity and fresh dark cherry, violets, mocha, cedar spice flavours with a soft smoky, savoury finish. Tannins are fine-grained. Pair with grilled veal chops.

Pinot Noir food pairings: lamb chop casserole, stuffed breast of veal, roast chicken.

Reviews and Ratings

Perry rated this wine as 91/100
Underwood 2019 Pinot Noir is a pretty, lifted PN, fresh with ripe Bing cherry, fresh earthy mushrooms, fine herbs, soft spices with a zesty finish. Elegant and balanced with food-friendly acidity. Drink or hold. Lightly chill and enjoy with roast turkey. - Community Wine Reviews
