Umani Ronchi Casal Di Serra Superiore Classico 2023 Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi is produced from sustainably grown grapes from the Marche wine region. Excellent value at $19, the wine is bone-dry, medium-bodied and so fresh now with green apple, bright lemon-lime zest and minerally notes with a kiss of honey nut crisp and textured on the palate. Chill and enjoy it with a lemony pasta dish topped with black truffle shavings.

Verdicchio Dei Castelli Di Jesi food pairings: calamari, sous-vide octopus, steamed shellfish, grilled chicken breasts.
