From the McLaren Vale, a medium-plus-bodied Shiraz, lush with layers of ripe blackberry, cherry and raspberry flavours on the palate. Tannins are fine. Pair with lamburgers and chops. crisp acids and fine-grained tannins.

Shiraz food pairings: gourmet burgers, mutton with mint and coriander, black bean soup, cheese pizza.

Reviews and Ratings

Two Hands Angels' Share 2018 is a full-bodied and lush Shiraz from the McLaren Vale wine region. I'm glad it's not only the angels that can enjoy the layers of ripe dark cherry, blackberry, dark chocolate and savoury spice this juicy Shiraz is showing. Tannins are fine and firm. Decant for one hour prior to pouring it with a prime rib roast or hold for another year and enjoy it for the next five. - Community Wine Reviews
