Reviews and Ratings

Daniel O'Keefe rated this wine as 91/100 with the following review:

A beautiful hue of honey gold. Aromas of honey, apricot, a slight white floral tone, a suggestion of kerosene, and underlying minerality. Extra dry, a mere 2 grams of residual sugar per litre. Acidity is crisp and surprisingly fresh. Palate shows green apple, lemon, apricot, honey, and minerality. Acidity draws out the finish with replays of lemon and minerality. Impressive how well this Riesling has stood the test of time. Do not wait much longer, but serve with shellfish as soon as possible.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
