Founded in 1989 by distinguished Burgundian vintners Jacques Seysses (of Domaine Dujac) and Aubert de Villaine (DRC), alongside Parisian Michel Macaux, Domaine de Triennes unveils its 2024 rosé from Provence—a skilfully crafted blend of Cinsault, Grenache, Syrah, and Merlot. This wine unfurls a refined yet multi-layered bouquet highlighted by ripe scarlet berries, a whisper of cool cantaloupe, delicate traces of blooming petals, and a murmur of wild Mediterranean herbs, all converging into a notably ample, succulent finish. Served chilled, it elevates the dining experience; imagine it paired with lightly charred prawns drizzled in lemon-garlic sauce or with seared scallops adorned by a refreshing fennel relish.

Food pairings: pork tenderloin, grilled chicken, charcuterie.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a feisty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
