A vibrant Italian white wine with mouth-wakening notes of melon and citrus. Tommasi is one of the most respected wine producers in the Veneto region. Pair this refreshing white wine with seafood and shellfish.

Pinot Grigio food pairings: pan-seared sea scallops, fried oysters with aioli sauce, tempura vegetables.

Friday evening dinner with McSheffrey's and Fr McCormick. ET served Salmon with a cream sauce, potatoes and asparagus. The wine was complimentary to the meal with a pleasant taste and a smooth finish. Well received.

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
