The 2010 Gewurztraminer was completely hand-picked between September 28th and October 5, 2010. Our Gewurztraminer is grown in our Tinhorn Creek Vineyard on the Golden Mile Bench. It benefits from the sun going down behind the mountain in the late afternoon and the radiating heat throughout the night. It was cold fermented over four weeks in stainless steel tanks prior to bottling at the beginning of March 2011.

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
