Three Dog Winery Foxcroft Riesling from Ontario's Twenty Mile Bench is a vibrant, light to medium-bodied white offering aromas of crisp green apple, ripe stone fruit, and hints of wet limestone. It's off-dry with energetic acidity and pronounced minerality. Serve it well chilled with steamed clams as the wine's zesty character and mineral backbone will enhance the briny seafood beautifully, or pair it with Thai coconut curry where the wine's bright acidity and gentle sweetness will balance the creamy, aromatic spices perfectly. Winemaker Andrew Rytwinski, who brings a unique background in chemistry and laser physics along with training from renowned Niagara winemakers including Shiraz Mottiar, Barclay Robinson, and Sebastien Jacquey, crafts this wine from grapes sourced from the acclaimed Foxcroft Vineyard first planted in 1997. Located in Prince Edward County since 2022, Three Dog Winery won a Gold Medal at the Ontario Wine Awards for this wine and was voted among Ontario's Top 20 Wineries of 2024 by Vine Routes. Enjoy now or cellar for 3-6 years.

Riesling food pairings: steamed clams, Thai coconut curry, pan-seared trout.
