Natalie's Score: 88/100

Blackberry seduction with a hint of mint. Full-bodied, beautifully layered. Lots of acidity on the palate, slightly unbalanced. Love the savoury finish. Full-throttle red wine for those who love a big flavour experience. Smooth texture, with plush mouth-filling roundness. Will cellar well, but really, why wait?

Shiraz food pairings: grilled steak in a peppercorn-mushroom sauce, pizza, bison steak, grilled or spice-rubbed chicken.

A big Barossa Shiraz that's the result of six generations of winemaking. 100% fruit from Barossa. The free draining soil structure and continental climate combine to create this full-bodied red wine. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
