Love this robust Australian red wine! Gorgeously rich and full-bodied with layers of voluptuous black fruit flavours and mint. Velvet caress on the tongue. Top me up! Try it tonight with a juicy, rare steak. Pair this robust red wine with a New York strip loin steak.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: grilled sirloin steak with garlic mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables, vine leaves stuffed with minced sirloin and baked in tomato sauce.

Reviews and Ratings

Trevor Sabourin - Certified Sommelier rated this wine as 90/100 with the following review:

This wine strikes a nice balance between elegance and structure. The nose shows perfectly ripe blackberry, cassis, and dark cherry, lots of fresh minty-ness, and hints of red pepper, vanilla, and tobacco. The palate is medium-full, supple, and has fine tannins and medium-high acidity. Would pair nicely with a roast beef or lamb.
A robust Australian Cabernet with firm tannins and black fruit. Strong finish. - Community Wine Review
