Love the ripe red apples, apple pie and vanilla spice aromas buttery on the nose. Lovely ripe crisp apple, pear, vanilla, dried pineapple, lemon zest, butterscotch and toasty flavours creamy on the palate.

Chardonnay food pairings: mushroom and onion risotto, grilled pork sausage, roast chicken.

From the Niagara Peninsula, Ontario wine region, The Tragically Hip Ahead By A Century 2019 Chardonnay is produced by Stoney Ridge Estate Winery. Wine grapes for this vintage were sourced from three different vineyards in Niagara. Look for ripe apple, tropical fruit, vanilla, lemon curd, toasty oak and baking spice flavours finishing creamy on the palate. Aged 50% in stainless-steel tank and new French oak barrels. - Community Wine Reviews

Unquenchable by Natalie MacLean

Natalie MacLean is a new force in the wine writing world ‐ a fiesty North American answer to Hugh Johnson and Jancis Robinson. She can write beautifully about wine.

The Financial Times of London

There are very few people in the wine world who "get it" and Natalie is one of those who brings more fun to a buttoned-up and stodgy game.
