Hess collection Allomi 2018 Cabernet Sauvignon is produced from a well-respected Californian winery certified sustainable. The Cabernet Sauvignon wine grapes for Allomi are sourced from their estate Allomi Vineyard. The actual blend is 85% Cabernet Sauvignon, 6% Petite Sirah, 5% Malbec, 2% Merlot and 2% Petit Verdot, lovely and balanced on the palate with ripe blackberry, dark plum, earthy and toasty oak spice flavours balanced with fresh acidity on the palate. Pour with roast beef.

Cabernet Sauvignon food pairings: gorgonzola topped sirloin, grilled veggies, herb-crusted poultry, hearty meat dishes, hard cheese.
