Reviews and Ratings

Martha Kelly AIWS - CS rated this wine as 89/100 with the following review:

Coming into its own, this blend of Bordeaux grapes offers plum, black currant, and black cherry flavours with warming spices while beginning to develop an earthy complexity. The wine has refreshing acidity, firm tannic structure, and full body. The intense flavours linger on the warming finish.
Pair with finer cuts of beef. This wine will benefit from decanting.
Drink now or cellar until 2024.
Date tasted: November 2014.
This robust Italian red wine is a blend of Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot grapes. - Community Wine Reviews
